Due to the digital and personalized nature of our products (including custom natal chart reports, tarot readings, and digital horoscopes), all sales are final once the product or reading has been delivered to your email. - Exceptions and Corrections
If you notice an error in your report (such as an incorrect birth date or time provided during checkout), please contact us within 7 days. We will gladly regenerate and send you an updated corrected report free of charge. - Non-Delivery Issues
If you have not received your digital download or email within the specified time frame, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it is still missing, contact our support team and we will re-send your order immediately.
